Hi! I’m Kirby.

I am an Evanston local dedicated to caring for family pet pals across the North Shore and Northern Chicagoland area.

I believe great pet care goes beyond a simple love for animals — it takes real-world experience. I’ve spent the last 15 years honing my animal care skills, starting by working at a veterinary hospital where I learned the ins and outs of animal wellness and emergency response. For the past 10 years, I’ve worked hard to build a community of four-legged pals and their humans - many clients I’ve met on walks while walking other pups, others through the veterinary hospital or family and friends. This gave me the confidence to provide care directly to all. And so, Homebuddy was born.
